  1. Do I need to sign a contract?
    Every package we offer is month to month. No contracts. You can cancel at any time. We don’t believe in obligating our customers. We feel confident that once you see the results you’re after, you will continue to use us.
  2. What counts as a message credit?
    Each message that is sent to a cell phone counts as a credit (1 message sent to 100 people/numbers = 100 credits).
  3. Do credits roll over?
    Credits that come with a Monthly package do not roll over. Your monthly package will just reload each month. However, Pay As You Go messages and any additional messages you purchase NEVER expire.
  4. What is a keyword?
    Keywords are awesome tools that allow people to join your mobile list by texting that word to 555999. To see how this works, text the word LESS to 555999 (Msg&Data Rates May Apply). You will see how they work. And by the way, you can set your own up in less that ONE MINUTE.
  5. What happens if I use all my messages or go over?
    You can always purchase more credits in your account, at any time. If you sign up for a package and run out of credits before your next billing cycle, you can simply click on "Purchase Credits" in your account dashboard and purchase any additional credits, needed.
  6. How fast are messages delivered?
    Within SECONDS. Large blasts of tens of thousands of messages typically go through in a couple minutes. We send millions of messages through our gateway. The data gets transmitted VERY fast!
  7. Can I change my plan at anytime?
    Yes. You can upgrade, or downgrade whenever you like. Just let us know if your needs have changed.
  8. Do you sell lists or numbers?
    NO. Many marketers believe that purchasing a list would be a great option for them. We highly suggest not doing so though. First you can end up facing class action lawsuits (it happens more often that you would think -- it’s simply NOT WORTH IT! Second, purchasing a list simply is NOT going to get you the results. What you want is a list of targeted, qualified leads that provide you with a great ROI. Don’t waste your money on lists, trust us.
  9. Can you create a custom package for me?
    Not a problem. We understand that not every business is the same, and your needs may be different. We are ALWAYS more than happy to make sure you are getting exactly what fits YOUR needs.
  10. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
